Overview

Who We Are

Unity in the Community is a slate of local candidates campaigning to be elected as delegates for the 73rd Assembly District of the Democratic Party of California.

Mission Statement

Our aim is to equitably represent all of the diverse communities, clubs, grassroots advocacy organizations, and age/socioeconomic groups within the 73rd assembly district in such a way that we may increase the visibility of their voices within the California Democratic Party.

We have three primary goals around which this slate was formed:

  • Advocate for initiatives that foster Clean Money Financing and Endorsements within the political system
  • Represent and Advocate for Marginalized Communities within California
  • Holding Elected Officials Accountable and Accessible
